Barcud are giving the local community in Cwmann an opportunity to view and comment on proposed plans to develop new housing in the village before the submission of a full planning application is made to Carmarthenshire County Council.
The proposal is to convert the former Coedmor School building in Cwmann into a dwelling, and construct 21 new affordable dwellings on the former school grounds. The development comprises of a mix of houses and bungalows (1-4 bedroom).
The plans for each house type can be viewed on our development page, along with a site plan and supporting technical information.
This is an opportunity to comment directly to Barcud on the proposed development before the design and layout of is finalised and submitted to the local planning authority. The Association would like to hear people’s views and will consider all comments before deciding on the final scheme.
