Medra is Barcud’s Direct Labour maintenance team.  We have 60 workers in this arm of the business consisting of Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Multi-trade operatives, Painters and Decorators, Estate Caretakers and admin support.

The skilled Medra team work on general day-to-day maintenance, repairs and upgrades, out of hours emergencies and are currently building high-quality brand new homes for new tenants in mid Wales.
