This new consultation exercise is to help us bring down the final number of contract types (or tenancy agreements) further.  This means that after this exercise, all Barcud tenants will hold the same occupation contract (or tenancy). You have until Monday 14th October to send us any comments to the proposed changes to your new occupation contract.

  • The final consultation for the Renting Homes Wales Act will be sent out in September.This will bring us a step closer to having one Contract for all Barcud tenants (Contract Holders). As we approach the final stage we would welcome your comments.
